Dr. Kyle Hoskins, O.D.
Dr. Hoskins is a 1994 graduate of Indiana University School of Optometry. While attending Indiana University he participated in an ocular disease post-operative externship with the John-Kenyon Eye Center in Louisville, where he gained experience in the management of radial ketatotomy and cataracts. He also served as an associate instructor in diagnostic procedures. He is licensed by the state of Indiana in the practice of optometry and the use of therapeutic pharmaceuticals. He is certified by the National Board of Optometric Examiners in the treatment and management of ocular disease. As a graduate of the Baltimore Academy of Behavioral Optometry, Dr. Hoskins has received additional post-graduate training in binocular vision problems and vision based learning problems. He has been a member the American Optometric Association and the Indiana Optometric Association since 1994, and served as president of the North Central Optometric Society in 2002 and 2003. He has been a member of the College of Optometrists in Visual Development since 1998.
Patti H.
Patti has over 30 years experience in the industry resulting in an intimate knowledge of all things eye care! She has previously worked at InVision Eye Care Center and Optometric Associates. Over the years she has refined her skills and is able to help patients with most of their material and insurance questions. She enjoys helping patients make frame selections so that you leave with a pair of glasses that is not only comfortable but looks great! Patti is also an expert at ensuring that any patient who wears contacts understands how to take care of them and that they fit correctly. Patti is a wealth of vision knowledge and we are lucky to have her here at ION Optical!
Brittany G.
Brittany graduated from Ross Medical back in 2017 with a certificate in medical coding and billing. A few months later she took on her first position in the optical world. Within 7 months she had learned how to read prescriptions off of glasses, help pick out frames that suited different personalities and face types, mounting the lenses into the frames in the lab and much more. She knew during that time she wanted to help people see better forever! Being in optics for a total of 6 years now, Brittany is excited to continue her career at ION Optical for years to come. Frame selection is her favorite part of the day and she is eager to meet and help all of our patients!
